ROV Project Experience
Commercial offshore operations, scientific expeditions, search and discovery work, and specialty subsea projects supported by practical ROV engineering and field execution.

Reliant Robotics’ experience spans routine commercial inspection through technically unusual subsea work. The common requirement is reliable field execution: selecting the appropriate vehicle, configuring the sensors/tooling, integrating project equipment when necessary and supporting operations through changing offshore conditions.
Commercial Offshore Operations
ROV support for offshore structures, subsea infrastructure, inspection, marine construction, intervention, pipeline/flowline work and other commercial scopes where dependable field operations and practical equipment configuration are required.

Scientific & Arctic Operations
Reliant personnel have supported scientific expedition work including NOAA-related Arctic operations aboard USCGC Healy. These projects demonstrate the ability to operate specialized subsea equipment in remote environments where logistics, reliability and field troubleshooting are critical.

Historic Search & Discovery
Selected experience includes historic shipwreck search and discovery work, including projects associated with USS Grunion. Search projects can require sonar interpretation, target investigation, careful vehicle handling and integration of specialty imaging or survey equipment.

Specialty Exploration
Reliant’s project history also includes unusual exploration work such as the Crusader/Loch Ness project and other assignments outside routine offshore inspection. These projects highlight the company’s ability to adapt ROV systems and payloads to unconventional objectives.

Survey & Sensor Integration
Projects have required integration of high-resolution multibeam sonar, survey-grade navigation/gyro systems, DVL/acoustic-inertial navigation, pipe and cable trackers, sound-velocity instrumentation and other project-specific equipment.
Examples include M3, SPRINT-Nav, OCTANS-class navigation and pipe-tracking systems.
Photogrammetry & 3D Measurement
Reliant has integrated subsea photogrammetry equipment such as SubSLAM where a project requires 3D measurement, modeling or detailed subsea documentation rather than conventional video alone.

As photographs and project records are selected for publication, individual case studies should be organized around four points:
Requirement
What the customer or expedition needed accomplished.
Operating Challenge
Depth, visibility, current, access, logistics, survey accuracy or unusual environment.
ROV Configuration
Vehicle, sonar, positioning, tooling and project-specific sensor integration.
Result
The work completed and deliverables produced, using only supportable project facts.
Publication approach: Reliant should use real project photographs and concise factual captions wherever permissions allow. Customer names, proprietary details and unsupported claims should not be published simply to make a case study sound more impressive.
