We also have provided underwater support to groups like NOAA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Operating from the U.S. Coast Guard icebreaker Healy and funded by NOAA&#8217;s Office of Ocean Exploration, Joe Caba piloted a remote operated vehicle (ROV) specially designed to operate under ice and at great depth.
