Remotely Operated Vehicle – ROV – for underwater exploration
We provide quality, safe, support for inspection of offshore oil drilling platforms in the Gulf Coast. For over 10 years Reliant Robotics has been on the spot with our ability to remotely inspect, remediate, and create joint ventures to problem solve of the coast of Louisiana and beyond.
Here’s what they are saying
As is usual at Loch Ness, elements of the expedition were to some extent improvised and apart from his technical competence, Joe’s presence was particularly characterized by persistence, calmness and patience under these circumstances.

Projects/Expeditions In addition to industrial applications, ROVs are frequently used to explore the deep sea, leading to the discovery and collection of little-known or previously unknown marine creatures or the remains of historic shipwrecks. We also have provided underwater support to groups like NOAA.
Operating from the U.S. Coast Guard icebreaker Healy and funded by NOAA’s Office of Ocean Exploration, Joe Caba piloted a remote operated vehicle (ROV) specially designed to operate under ice and at great depth. Coordinating with the scientific team, he was able to record and collect sea creatures at a depth of 1.5 miles (2,450 meters) under the ice.
